Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Kansas City, MO)

Westbrook Analytics is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
