Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Kansas City, MO)

Silverline Orchard Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
