Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ridge Community Partners and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
