Fernwood Sparrow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 936 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
