Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Jackson, MS)

Highbridge Iron Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Jackson, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
