Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Jackson, MS)

Highbridge Forge Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Jackson working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
