Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Indianapolis, IN)

Cedar Rook Community Partners is a nonprofit in Indianapolis supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
