Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Houston, TX)

Redstone Ridge Property Management is a Houston property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Houston. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
