Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Houston, TX)

Lumen Nest Housing Partners manages affordable housing communities across Houston, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on lease compliance for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
