Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Clearpath Mill Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Grand Rapids presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Grant reporting experience.
