Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ember Early Learning Partners and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
