Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Stonegate Keystone Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Grand Rapids presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
