Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Vista Housing Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
