Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Des Moines, IA)

Stonegate Haven Early Learning runs childcare centres in Des Moines caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
