Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Dallas, TX)

Highbridge Haven Learning Group is an education provider in Dallas serving students and families, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
