Harborlight Thistle Community Partners is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client intake.
