Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Nova Sparrow Transit Planning and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
