Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Cleveland, OH)

Redstone Sparrow Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Cleveland design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
