Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Charlotte, NC)

Redstone Fern Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Charlotte design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
