Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Bright Community Partners and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
