Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Buffalo, NY)

Ironwood Timber Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Buffalo, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on lease renewals for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
