Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Buffalo, NY)

Rivermark Lakeside Care Services supports families and individuals in Buffalo with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on client records for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
