Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Boise, ID)

Greenridge Linden Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Boise design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people based in Boise. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
