Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Boise, ID)

Highbridge Vista Learning Group is an education provider in Boise serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people based in Boise. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
