Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Boise, ID)

Westbrook Maple Housing is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on maintenance stores for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
