Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Birmingham, AL)

Greenridge Vale Community Partners runs community programmes across Birmingham, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
