Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Austin, TX)

Amberfield Vista Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Austin supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
