Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Kestrel Community Partners and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
