Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Austin, TX)

Westbrook Harbor Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Austin design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
