Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Austin, TX)

Rivermark Haven Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Austin area. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
