Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Austin, TX)

Westbrook Lakeside Care Services is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people based in Austin. What you will do • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
