Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ivory Arts Center and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
