Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Austin, TX)

Foxglove Forge Arts Center is an arts centre in Austin with a full calendar of events, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
