Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Albuquerque, NM)

Fernwood Vale Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Albuquerque, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
