Ironwood Timber Property Management Partners is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
