Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Tucson, AZ)

Bluepeak Sparrow Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Tucson with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
