Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Tucson, AZ)

Bluepeak Iron Community Partners is a nonprofit in Tucson supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
