Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Tucson, AZ)

Ironwood Basin Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Tucson, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
