Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Lumen Iron Early Learning and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
