Rivermark Early Learning runs childcare centres in Tucson caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
