Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Tucson, AZ)

Lumen Bright Community Partners is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
