Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Stone Transit Planning Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
