Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Spokane, WA)

Harborlight Field Housing manages affordable housing communities across Spokane, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
