Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Seattle, WA)

Harborlight Pine Community Partners runs community programmes across Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Prepare reports on benefits enrolment for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
