Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Savannah, GA)

Westbrook Timber Property Management looks after rental homes across the Savannah area. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on rent collection for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
