Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (San Diego, CA)

Bluepeak Vale Community Partners Group is a San Diego charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
