Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (San Diego, CA)

Harborlight Lakeside Arts Center Group is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
