Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood Pine Community Partners Associates is a San Antonio charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
