Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight Field Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Salt Lake City supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on benefits enrolment for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
