Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Rochester, NY)

Foxglove Timber Early Learning is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with tuition and subsidies.
